For almost 50 years now, Universal Travels and Allied Services (UTAS) has
delighted in welcoming visitors from all over the world to India-a country so impossibly fascinating, so beautifully diverse, and so culturally important that it would take you years to fully explore. Guiding you along a journey through India's history, natural beauty, tradition and legends is one of the country's principal tour operators, UTAS.
Leading UTAS is company Founder and President Mr. Ravi Rawal-the first Indian to ever brave the Zanskar River in a rafting expedition accompanied by celebrated photographer and author (The Hidden Canyon) John Blaustein in 1978; and to pioneer the first-ever rafting trip on the Tons River in 1981 as part of ESPIRIT's incentive trip. In 1979, UTAS also organised and executed the first-ever skiing expedition down the Himalayan Trisul peaks for a Yugoslav
team. Additionally, UTAS was among the first to introduce tourist charters (of Adria Airways,Yugoslavia) to India, as early as 1974.
UTAS is assisted by Mrs. Neeru Rawal who, having lived in various parts of the world for many years, is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and our local language Hindi.
With close to five decades of experience in professionally handling inbound traffic from all over the world, UTAS creates an India just for you, with highly personalised services and strict quality and cost control throughout India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan & Tibet.
